I understand the significance of anonymity for many families. However, with today's technology, it is nearly impossible for me to remain anonymous as a donor. For this reason, I require all my families to sign a notarized donor agreement. While I am interested in terminating all my parental rights and transferring them to your family, it will require a lawyer and a court judgment to do this process correctly,. Still, the decision to go that route is up to you, and we will discuss this further during our consultation.
For $100 I will provide you with a contract and notary service and that can all be done remotely from the convenience of your home. This is the first step after you decide to use me as your donor.
During the consultation, we will discuss the importance of a written agreement.
Please note that many states do not provide adequate protections for biological fathers if the donation/insemination is not facilitated by a licensed medical physician. I do not require that we use a physician, this process requires trust and understanding from both parties.
As your donor, I am open to being available for your child to answer any questions they may have as they get older. I am also open to helping you conceive again after the first successful attempt. If you wish not to have any further contact once you conceive, that is also fine.
